Emerji: Puzzle Adventure · Effective September 23, 2026 · Last updated September 23, 2026
Studio Salukie (“we”, “us”) makes the mobile game Emerji: Puzzle Adventure (the “Game”). This policy explains what data the Game collects, why, and your choices.
Summary
- We do not ask you to create an account or give us your name or email to play.
- Your game progress is saved on your device.
- Third-party SDKs we use for ads, analytics, and purchases may collect device identifiers and usage data. They are listed below with links to their own policies.
- On iOS we ask permission before using your device’s advertising identifier (Apple’s App Tracking Transparency). In the EU/EEA/UK we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads.
Information we collect
We do not collect data that directly identifies you. Through the third-party services below, the Game may process:
- Device & advertising identifiers — e.g. Apple IDFA / Google Advertising ID, IP address, device model, OS version. Used to serve and measure ads.
- Usage & gameplay data — e.g. levels started/completed, in-game events, session length, crashes. Used to understand and improve the Game.
- Purchase data — the fact and type of an in-app purchase. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we do not receive your card details.
- Local game data — your progress, currencies, and settings, stored on your device.
Third-party services
The Game includes the following SDKs. Each collects and processes data under its own policy:
| Service | Purpose | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| Unity LevelPlay / ironSource (Unity Technologies) | Advertising & mediation | unity.com/legal |
| GameAnalytics | Analytics | gameanalytics.com/privacy |
| Unity In-App Purchasing | Purchases | unity.com/legal |
| Apple App Store / Google Play | Payments & distribution | apple.com/legal/privacy · policies.google.com/privacy |
Ad networks in the mediation stack may act as additional data recipients.
Your choices & consent
- iOS App Tracking Transparency: on first launch we show Apple’s tracking-permission prompt. If you decline, we do not use your IDFA for cross-app tracking. Change it any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- EU/EEA/UK (GDPR): we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can withdraw or change consent at any time from the Game’s Privacy options.
- Android: you can reset or limit your advertising ID in system settings.
- Non-personalized ads: if you decline tracking/consent, you may still see non-personalized ads.
Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region) and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU/EEA/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. Because we don’t hold an account for you, we may ask for information (such as your advertising ID) to locate any relevant data.
Data deletion request
You can ask us to delete the data associated with your device at any time. Email support@studiosalukie.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and include:
- Your device’s advertising identifier (Apple IDFA or Google Advertising ID) — we hold no account for you, so this is how your data is identified. Find it on iOS via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or on Android via Settings → Google → Ads.
- Which platform you play on (iOS or Android).
When we receive a request we delete the data we hold and forward it to our processors (Unity LevelPlay and GameAnalytics) to remove data on their systems. We aim to complete requests within 30 days. Uninstalling the app stops all further collection and removes the game progress stored on your device.
Data retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above; our third-party providers retain data per their own policies. We use reasonable measures to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
